1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon finely chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon finely chopped celery
1 teaspoon finely chopped green bell pepper

1 teaspoon finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon finely chopped green bell pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place butter in a medium bowl, and mix with onions and green bell pepper. Mix in celery, celery and green bell pepper. Mix in green bell pepper, celery and onion.
Spread 1/2 cup of the filling mixture over bottom of the pie pan. Top with remaining pie crust. Spread remaining filling mixture over top of pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until filling is bubbly and temperature reaches 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cool completely. Serve immediately.
