4 eggs
1/2 cup whipping cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup soft drink mix
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 (1.4 fluid ounce) 330-degree F (112 degrees C) milk
In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs, one at a time, then stir in the milk and evaporated milk. Drop the mixture by scoopfuls onto wax paper lined baking sheets. Freeze at least for one hour.
Topper: In a small bowl, combine jeweler's sugar with 4 tablespoons evaporated milk. Mix thoroughly to keep sugar from mixing.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
