Blueberry Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients

6 eggs

1/2 cup milk

3 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 cup cold milk

8 1/2 cups white sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk, butter, oil and 1 cup sugar together. Fold the egg mixture into the milk mixture. Sprinkle evenly over the in the center of a 9 inch springform pan. Pour 1/2 of the custard mixture into the center of each pan.

Pour the remaining custard mixture over the filling of the pan, covering completely. Bake in preheated oven until custards are golden brown, about 8 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cool completely. Serve chilled.
