2 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon bourbon vinegar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Mix eggs and sugar together. Sprinkle vanilla extract and milk over egg mixture in a single layer.
Roll out baking sheet to fit pan. Place 1/2 cup of brownie mix mixture on top of baking sheet. Press remaining brownie mixture onto bottom of pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
Remove pan from oven, and let cool completely. Mix together bourbon and lemon juice; pour over brownie mixture.
