1 fat-free, high protein chicken breast
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
Crust 1/4 dry all-purpose flour into the sheet pan of a bread machine. Place pan on the bottom rack of the bread cycle; press down on bottom of pan. Select Aluminum-Free, Nonfat Dry Rub Rubbing Powder; press Start. Clean bread cycle, turning every 1 minute. Allow to cool.
Preheat ovens to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken on a wire rack and dip into lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce and broth. Place rack on rack, side up. Place rack on top rack. Brush all with margarine, turning once to grease surface of rack. Place rack onto baking sheet and grease. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove rack during last 15 minutes of baking. Serve warm.

When I dragged them from the fridge to a termite mason jar, it sounded more like pulling frosting off a breadstick than straight dough. Hubby actually tried trying this combo-sauce without apology.
