1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 egg, beaten
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 ounces Feta cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons grated onion
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, milk, green onions, egg and cheese (see Note). Beat mixture together until smooth.
Beat Feta cheese into cream cheese mixture in a medium bowl. Stir in onion and spread mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 40 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
