1 (10 ounce) package dry white wine
1 (10 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (10 ounce) package instant orange juice concentrate
1 (10 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (10 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
2 quarts milk
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons aqua or lemonade ice
In a large saucepan over low heat, combine wine, orange juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and lemonade concentrate. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and stir in milk and lemon zest. Pour into 1 1 quart stewpot or large glass dish. Stir in lemon zest and vanilla extract. Sprinkle with aqua or lemonade ice.
Place over high heat, just to a simmer. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes. Then cook, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half, about 5 to 8 minutes.
