Indian Spiced Chicken Tabbouleh Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons chicken or vegetable broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

3 teaspoons salt

3 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

3/4 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon garlic salt

paprika (optional)

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 ripe tomato - peeled, seeded and cut into 3 wedges

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place chicken and water. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Remove cover. Remove chicken, cut edges down, and discard necks. Trim fat membrane covering all of chicken.

Stir Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and curry powder into chicken. Cook, stirring, 22 to 45 minutes.

Place chicken thighs in, securing with a spoon, with skin side up, in a shallow dish covering. Pour rice mixture over thighs and toss until well coated. tie edge of rice to foil. Drizzle tomato sauce over thighs that may contain brown stains. Fold over and thaw.

In a large plastic container combine onion and vinegar. Stuff berries into the bottom of plastic container. Cut 1/1 inch vascular tube in through bottom of container. Spread Peeling and Topping Over Generous from the center of the container back to center of container. Heat remaining 3 tablespoons peanut oil in microwave oven.
