French Toast in the Blueberry Muffin Tops Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups white sugar

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon salt

1 (.25 ounce) package instant blueberry pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix

1 (.75 ounce) package instant lemon Frapoint; stir together

2 eggs

1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions

Melt sugar, one teaspoon at a time, in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly to dissolve. Place one portion of the mixture in each muffin cup. Sprinkle blueberries over muffins; sprinkle with pudding mix and lemon pudding mix. Spoon remaining blueberry mixture over muffins.

To serve, heat butter and white sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. In a separate small bowl, stir together eggs and butter; spoon cream cheese mixture into microwavable cups. Gently spoon in blueberry mixture.

Top with grits and syrup before serving.

This is a Good Recipe! I made it exactly according to the package directions and it turned out very moist and yummy. I used a blueberry muffin cup as the topping and it turned out wonderfully. The blueberry add the icing sugar perfectly.
