I am so excited that you made this! It is so easy and quick and I will make it again! I did define a gluten and dairy free coup for sure. You do put the syrup right on the cake... I had to add flour to make it light and I am giving it 4 stars because I thought it was ok but it needed a little more ribbons. I will add more gel dough in the future and probably use butter as the medium. I thought it was going to be too sweet so elimination of the brown sugar and fructose. I substituted honey and vanilla when mixing the ingredients. Very good and simple.
