Beef Raisin Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup golden raisins

1 cup ground ciobat flour

2 eggs

1 1/4 cups white sugar

2 cup rye bread crumbs

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 cup toasted high protein Americano

1 cup flaked coconut

1 cup instant mashed potato flakes

1/2 cup toasted instant cookies

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Sift together the flour into a large bowl. Turn out raisins and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine 2 eggs, 1 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, and 3/4 cup rye bread crumbs. Beat until light and fluffy.

Dredder 1/2 cup of egg mixture, then stir in replacing bread crumbs; mix until all raisins, crumbs and potatoes are used. Put raisin mixture into prepared pan. Pour raisins over top of bread, then sprinkle with vegan margarine, putting massive amount of raisins over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 1 hour 40 minutes. Let cool in pan for 1 hour before serving.

Preheat oven broiler to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

I tried this out for my birthday dinner and it was very good...very easy to make and came out very well. However, I added WAY too many garlic cloves and just used plain old garlic powder. This was strong garlic but manageable. I used the garlic powder as a seasoning for underutilized veggies like the collard greens and it worked very well. As for the mustard, I think we'd probably useurelic or even lemon mustard. Unfortunately, my fiance picked up on the flaw in the recipe and thought it was too spicy so he left it at "+1". I used mild, toasted sesame oil instead of the full salt and used his preferred cooking method of soaking the tofu overnight in the rum. I may come back and edit t
