5 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 medium white cabbage, sliced into 1/2 inch rings
1 large tomato, sliced into 1 tablespoon slices
3 yellow onions, chopped
2/3 cup Italian seasoning
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons dried bread crumbs
3 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
Heat olive oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium high heat; add beef, onion and cabbage and saute until beef is browned. Rinse with water, drain and place in large, heavy skillet. Stir tomato into pan; pour over beef mixture and mix well. Pour into a dish or bowl; shore up with bread crumbs. Refrigerate overnight or refrigerate leftovers.
