1 pound ground beef
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (10 ounce) cans mushroom soup
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain excess fat. Stir in the garlic, pineapple, mushrooms and pudding mix. Cook, stirring constantly, until meat is no longer pink and pineapple is fully cooked. Place browned meat on a platter, to serve.
