4 large salmon fillets
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger orange-flavored carbonated beverage
2 oranges, juiced
Place salmon on a plate and roll out. Place white wide open end to end in plastic wrap. Secure with toothpicks. Place fillets on a platter and place on charcoal grill. Brush fillets with orange juice. Grill 5 minutes on each side. Remove from grill, and allow to cool.
Preheat grill for high heat. Place salmon on grill to grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer fillets to separate rack and grill for 5 minutes per side. Serve with orange juice and lemon slices. Garnish with desired amount of lemon zest.
I originally had this on hand but it would have been awesome if I had had more Korean peppers. Would have given it 5 stars.
