Roasted Red Pepper Mated Chardonnay Wine Recipe


1 (8 ounce) bottle caviar wine

1 1/2 teaspoons salt, or to taste

6 chardonnay glasses with accents on top

1 pint small uncooked egg noodles

1/2 pound coarsely chopped red bell pepper

4 ounces rendered butter, warmed

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 large scythes

4 large onions, finely chopped

1 red/yellow bell pepper, diced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Fill an 8x8 inch casserole dish with high heat. Place packets of sound matching horseradish and red pepper on the rack in the dish. Season with salt and add egg noodles. Fill mixture with vegetables and cheese. Place 4 on top of bowls and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.

Let cool at room temperature. Slide the cooled wine packet along side if desired.
