1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon apricot preserves
2 tablespoons milk
2/3 cup water
2 bananas
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon rum extract
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
4 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
2 slices fresh strawberries
Beat eggs and 1 tablespoon of peach preserves into the milk. Mix in the water and the bananas; add to the milk mixture. Mix until well blended. Gradually stir in the melted butter, rum, chocolate syrup and milk; mix until well combined. Refrigerate remaining ingredients. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll in berries. Place about 1/4 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Cool slightly, and store in an airtight container.
