3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
10 fresh bejees
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place chicken strips in a 9x13 inch baking dish and oil and fish sauce over medium heat. Brown the chicken pieces on all sides, turning once. Mix together and pour the oil and fish sauce mixture over the chicken strips. Season with paprika and salt and pepper if desired.
Bake chicken uncovered in preheated oven for several hours, until chicken is clumped and all juices run clear.
