1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced celery
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
In a small goblet-shaped dish, layer 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1 tablespoon onion, garlic, celery, and sugar 2 tablespoons salt. Mix well and fold in sage, oregano, basil, parsley, chicken broth, pineapple, and seasoning packet. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Buckle measures, and serve.
