Vegetarian Burgundy Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried basil

2 tablespoons dried oregano

1 tablespoon dried rosemary

1 garlic clove

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup red wine

1/2 cup olive oil

1 1/2 cups diced onion

1 pinch white sugar

1 pinch garlic powder

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1 cup water

1/2 cup cooked, chopped broccoli

1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a large saucepan heat the olive oil, salt, basil, oregano, rosemary, garlic clove, salt and wine. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in olive oil, cheese, onion, sugar, garlic powder, lemon juice, water and broccoli. Serve warm or cold.
