1 (6 ounce) can stewed tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste with meat flavor
1 (12 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container shredded Cheddar cheese
In a medium-sized pot, combine tomatoes, tomato paste, mozzarella cheese, sour cream and Cheddar cheese. Simmer over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes. (If making the pizza crust, place the pie into a plastic 13x9-inch pita for easier pick-up.)
