Tostones: Chocolate Chip Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix

1 (3.4 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (16 ounce) can nonfat evaporated milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Prepare and bake white cake mix according to package directions. Cool. Stir in the pudding mix, instant pudding, vanilla cake mix, milk and vanilla extract. Pour into prepared pan and chill 1 hour, or until firm.

Loved it! I made this exactly as written for my daughter and she loved it. She said it tasted just like the soup at her favorite Japanese restaurant. I also made a version without the fish flakes for me (Im allergic) and I enjoyed it more than any miso Ive ever had. I used gluten free brown miso. Thank you for the recipe.
