Potatoes and Tuna with Bacon Recipe

Ingredients

2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced

2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/2 cup butter

1 large potato, hulled

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons sesame oil

salt and pepper to taste

1/4 pound bacon, sliced

Directions

Place the onion slices, potatoes, butter, and 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce in shallow baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste, then sprinkle with bacon. Spoon mixture over top of vegetables and into uncovered pan.

BAKE directly in the preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 12 to 15 minutes, until heated through. Cool thoroughly before serving.

Made these for Easter, and they were very popular. Although you do need to use less sugar, I still recommend it for the cooking time. I found that I could up the sugar by using brown sugar, and that would be great if I had to. But I didn't have any sugar crystals, so that was good. I still like this recipe, and I will make it again.
