1/2 cup minced onion
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper, or to taste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl toss eggs together with sour milk. Pour over ham mixture in a small bowl. Pour brown sugar over ham mixture. Sprinkle seasoning over ham mixture.
In the same small bowl, mix tomato paste and vinegar. Stir in garlic powder, oregano and rosemary. Pour mixture over mixture.
In a separate small bowl, stir together cabbage and onion mixture. Pour over ham mixture. Season with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, oregano, rosemary, curry powder and salt. Cover and refrigerate.
Preheat grill to a medium heat.
Place aluminum foil in pan and middle board in center. Shown are foil pieces and meatloaf recipe. Bring 2 inches of water to boiling; add tomatoes; mix well. Serve warm.
