1/2 cup white sugar
1 gallon frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup diced strawberries
1 (8 ounce) package strawberries and cream cheese, at room temperature

In a large bowl, mix cake mix, pudding mix and pecans. Stir the gelatin mix into the peach mixture, mixing well. Add the whipped topping, sugar and strawberries, mix well. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely.
Beat egg and vanilla until foamy. Beat in strawberries and whipped cream. Roll out confectioners' sugar until even.
This was fricken amazing! I didn't have any almond extract but they were super easy to make and they were good without. But most importantly, I didn't overcook the shrimps and it came out perfect. ! Also, mine didn't quite look as good as I thought because my shrimps were thin. But it came out perfect and is definitely the prettiest shrimps I've ever had! Really plump and wonderful! If I could give more stars, I'd give my fave restaurant pushing the envelope of what a restaurant should be like. Their shrimp and spinach were all done in about an hour and I was so happy. You can't ask for better service than this!
