1 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons corona or lemon juice
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 cup dry mixed vegetables
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons curry powder
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 cups shredded cabbage
4 green bell peppers, yukked
4 (10.5 ounce) cans vegetable oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in corona or lemon juice. Saute, stirring frequently, until tender. Mix in garam masala and dry mixed vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cabbage and peppers are tender.
Serve over hot curd.
