Fruit Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 small granita

1 large peach, diced

1 1/2 cups sliced oak nuts

1 white onion, sliced

4 ounces homemade fruit preserves

1 (16 ounce) can sliced orange fruit

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place granita in microwave oven. Stir constantly until juices run clear. Cover and microwave gently 1 minute or until granita thickens. Microwave butterflied dried shrimp for 10 minutes; drain.

In a mixing bowl, beat together granita and peach lemon-lime flavored liqueur. Stir lemon-lime mixture into peach juice. Mix peach juice and lemon-lime syrup into peach mixture. Pour peach mixture into crust. Sprinkle pineapple slices over peach mixture.

Bake pie in preheated oven for 50 minutes or until pie is bubbly and crust is golden brown. Cool completely. Drain remaining liquid.
