2 1/2 pounds center tenderloin
1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vegetable broth
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 slices Chicago style bacon
Add Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, oil, broth, Italian seasoning and bacon to pan of slow cooker.
Cover w/o venting steam. Cook on Low 6 hours, or on medium 5 hours.
