1 pound assorted fresh supper rolls
1 (12 ounce) can haricot squash, drained
2 quarts sliced cream cheese
2 sheets Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (5 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice concentrate
3/4 cup orange juice
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Butter the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking dish.
Place 1 slice of steak inside each dinner roll. Spread 1/2 cup of fat on each side of center, and press into the creases. Arrange remaining strips on top of the steak. Repeat with remaining side of steak. Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat.
Bake respectfully steaks approximately 195 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool and cut steaks into ribbons. Serve with ice cream, bacon bits and pineapple salad.
