1 (3 ounce) can Japanese Ham, sliced
1 cup uncooked egg whites
1 (1 ounce) squares sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 egg yolk
4 green onions, sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place ham in a large glass measuring cup. Pour in egg whites, egg yolks, tomato slices, egg yolks and tomato slices.
In a large bowl, beat together egg whites, sun-dried tomatoes and egg yolks until yolks are light and smooth. Beat in yellow onion. Scoop ham mixture into a large cookie-sized baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until firm. Serve immediately.
