2 large oranges, peeled and sliced
1 (16 ounce) can sliced black olives
1 pack orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
1 pound heavy cream
1 (14 ounce) can whipped cream
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan.
Pour orange juice into pie crust. Layer sliced oranges in top of pie crust. Layer sliced black olives on top of oranges. Layer sliced oranges on top of black olives. Place orange slices in pan. Place sliced oranges over oranges in pan and place over pie crust. Layer whipped cream, pecans and orange slices over pecans and oranges. Spread pecans over pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
