Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

1 egg

1 (20 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, drained

1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

1 (6 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained

1 teaspoon dried minced onion

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium saucepan, combine egg, green peppers, mushrooms, cannellini beans, onion, thyme, basil, parsley, oregano and rosemary. Mix just until they begin to brown.

Place eggs in a medium bowl, and toss eggs with cream and 1/2 teaspoon dried onion powder. Mix thoroughly.

While eggs are in the pan, place sausage in a large skillet to brown. Drain well, transfer to a small bowl, and mix together. Transfer to the skillet.

Heat tortillas over medium heat; add hot water to skillet to cover. Stirring occasionally, cook until heated through, about 4 minutes. Pat warm tortilla mixture onto bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Spread cream mixture over tortillas, and top with eggs, sausage and pepper jack cheese. Repeat layers with cream mixture and cheese, tomato sauce and salsa. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.

Drain mixture from marinade from pan into blender (or milk blender) container. Whisk it in 1/2 cup water to make egg curd for filling. Fill tortillas with curd mixture. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup salsa.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until egg and cheese are tender. Top with edamame and cheese sauce. Garnish with remaining cheese.

Delish!! Quick and Easy treat for eggs before they are done cooking. You can substitute the powdered sugar for the white in the recipe. No baking powder or baking soda? Just a simple meringue topping. I did add some crushed wwirings of semisweet chocolate chips. Oh, and walnuts in place of chips. A little flour to form balls.

Easy, so good! No need to be complicated here! Super easy to make, and it turned out with barely any mess (unless you poured milk on top, in which case the milk/egg mixture splashed on the table instead of on the frying pan, but that's a completely different recipe!). I used some white conf. butter to make the eggs glossy. You could easily go by taste and add or remove things like grated parmesan, shredded mozerella or Calabrese pepperoni, while using your egg white to add bit of garlic, dried cranberries or dried cranberries, to taste, or you could sub the eggs themselves. I used some dark chocolate chips to spice this one up a bit. Although, I'm sure a little baking would still yield the same impressive result, it would take quite a bit longer to mix it all together, and I'm sure it would be even
