2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1 teaspoon dried sage
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add honey and salt to taste. Cook, stirring frequently, until honey and salt are melted. Stir in sugar, 1 cup chicken broth and chili powder. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat, and add basil and sage. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
