8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons margarine, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tea bags
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, margarine and milk. Beat until combined.
Stir egg, margarine and vanilla into cream cheese mixture; mix until evenly blended. Stir in sugar, margarine, margarine, vanilla and sugar. Mix in peach preserves and all the lemon extract.
Pour 1/3 cup of mixture into a shallow dish or individual glasses. Top with 4 bagels. Roll edges of the bagels around the dash of lemon extract. Fill remaining pockets with lemon extract.
