I find this recipe and its variations to be some of the most delicious things to come from my mouth! I have a few potatoes I am euthinning, and this recipe was written in honor of their death. I have since broken them, but the taste is first-rate! I have already given away more than I can eat, and I have had recipes b/c I didn't have enough flour/water, or the sauce was too thin, or something else. I won't change anything I put in this recipe! Thank you so much for sharing!
A bit of sour cream and salt =)
