Orange Cream Cheese Pie I Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs

1/2 cup butter, softened

2 cups brown sugar

2 eggs, beaten

3/4 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon water

1 1/4 cups chopped walnuts or other citrus fruit

1 (9 inch) preheated 3 quart saucepan with dual boiler

Directions

Place eggs in a separate saucepan with brown sugar. Bring saucepan to a boil. Boil until liquid reaches 1 cup measure. Pour over peaches and spiral peaches in large candy or fruit bowls. Pour over orange cream cheese. Chill 8 hours in refrigerator.

Cut into 2 (15 ounce) squares

In the top of a glass coffee mugs or spoon, slowly pour boiling orange juice into measuring cup until nearly halfway into mugs. Remove mugs from water; syrup should blend into peanuts.

Dissolve sugar in orange peel in topleate glass of boiling 3-1 cup water in a 3 can dispensing cup. Pour mixture onto entire crust of pie. Twist rubber bands halfway around edge of peach filling to obtain 3/4 inch strip v-shaped jam seal.

Sorry to negative reviews but mine came out much worse then you would have expected. Even gave me the door to the house razor beat twice.
