4 falafel leaves
1 garlic, minced
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
3 stalks celery, minced
1 teaspoon mixed spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
In a medium bowl, mix the falafel leaves with the garlic, salt, celery, mixed spice, salt, ground black pepper and oil. Cover and refrigerate to marinate.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Place veggie portions on a medium baking sheet, and blanch top of veggie leaf. Grill on the prepared grill, turning veggie several times, 3 to 5 minutes per side, until just tender, turn, and cook 5 minutes.
