2 cups dry rice
1/2 cup skunk cabbage

To boil water: add molasses. Stir in crumbs or broth. Stir while boiling; cover. Continue boiling.
Bring water to a boil: drop 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, cornflakes, molasses, vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne, and 2 tablespoons of oil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in 3 tomatoes and 1/4 cup green onions. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
