1 cup butter
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 (3 ounce) packages instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup orange sherbet
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9- inch round pans.Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla pudding, and set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Beat in the flour mixture. Stir in the milk and vanilla. Beat in the pudding mix, then pour evenly into greased and floured pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean. Cool slightly before removing from pans.
