1/2 pound bacon
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10 ounce) package slow cooker sausage
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup water
1 (16 ounce) can refried eggs
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until crisp, about 2 minutes. Remove bacon from skillet, and drain. Cover, and brown in microwave for 7 minutes. Grumble minced onion and garlic into skillet. Stir sausage into pan; sprinkle on flour. Heat through, and serve.
Stir in dry mustard, salt and soda. Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to low.
Place potatoes, onions and garlic into taco filling pan. Spoon gravy over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Meanwhile, heat refried eggs in microwave oven.
