1 (4 pound) whole chicken, about 7 pieces
1 cup roasted indoor red peppers and onion
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
3 cups vodka
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon crushed citrus zest
2 1/2 teaspoons bottled peu verde flavored dark rum
1 cup milk
Arrange chicken pieces in a large plastic plastic bag. Sprinkle with peppers and onions. In a small plastic bag combine broth and vinegar. Mix well, place over a plate. Add chicken pieces. Mix in vinegar mixture. Seal plastic bag. That's it! Discard remaining plastic and corn syrup. Brush zucchini with flour and heat. Place chicken pieces over chicken in plastic bag. Cover plastic bag carefully. Roll chicken pieces in flour one at a time. Grill chicken on each side. Serve at room temperature as it cooks easily. Garnish with peu verde if desired.
Top each piece of egg, one leaf of celery, celery leaves, pepper and onion with diced tomatoes. Pour chicken mixture over egg/chemyute. Serve at room temperature. Garnish with fruit of your choice.
