1 (1 ounce) package dry blueberry muffins
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup orange/red grape juice mix
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup orange juice
2 cups water
Bake muffins in preheated 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove muffins from oven and gently press butter in bottom of 14 muffin cups.
While muffins are baking, combine orange/rice grape juice mix, orange juice and water and stir until well blended. Serve warm or at room temperature.
