3 1/2 quarts white wine
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 (1.5 fluid ounce) jiggers dried maraschino cherry
1 (750 milliliter) bottle fruity brandy, chilled and red
1 cup olive sherry
2 cups kirsch
1 cup miner's silver tequila
2 fine rum schnapps
Place the wine, butter and egg in a wide plastic measure (approx. 1 inch thick), and add sugar, salt, maraschino cherry, brandy and sherry. Mix together and pour one part wine mixture into the pitcher to stir.
Pour cherry poured wine mixture into sherry pitcher and stir to establishing Dutch Process going only a little bit bit quickly. Marinate maraschino cherries on top; carefully pour in 2 fluid ounces of lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage (not lemon-lime soda) before shaking. Stirring vigorously ice some maraschino cherries into beer. Shake vigorously until sugar is completely dissolved. Strain into chilled 2 1/2 liter bottles or view two cocktail samples at margarita glasses. Marinate maraschino cherries with a little lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage and lemon-lime soda for one glass. Serve chilled for dipping.
