2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup beef broth
1 pound lean beef stew meat
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Mix salt, beef broth and beef stew meat in medium bowl. Stir in tomatoes with green chile peppers, oregano, basil and red pepper.
Bring the stew mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
