2 (4 ounce) cans hamburger, onion and green chile sauce
1 (4 ounce) can cottage cheese
1 (16 ounce) jar sour cream
merge chicken, skin removed, salt, pepper, onion powder and soy sauce into a large bowl and mix. Cover and refrigerate until chilled (but not frozen).
Heat cooking drippings in a small pan over medium heat. Cook chicken and onion in drippings for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then dispine and blend in cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream. If necessary, refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.
