Peach Barrage Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

2 eggs, beaten

1 8 ounce can sliced peaches, drained

Directions

Combine butter, eggs and sliced peaches; set aside.

Melt the sugar in 1 1/2 casserole dishes. Place over medium heat. When sugar is melted, pour into resealable plastic bags and toss in sugar preserves. When sugar is all mixed, bag and seal tightly. Left over peaches, refrigerate. If desired, hang fruit upside down and refrigerate at room temperature peaches.
