1 pound ground scotch-style
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium head cabbage
16 potatoes, cubed
2 green onions, diced
1 onion, chopped
6 ounces Cheddar cheese, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
In a small bowl combine the egg, tomato and cabbage. Mix lightly and spread evenly into greased seven or eight 8x8 inch baking dish.
Place the prepared potatoes in a separate layer in the dish. Pour vegetable mixture over the potatoes; spoon onto bread.
Bake covered for 45 minutes. Uncover, place on rack in broiler pan. Brush trays of bacon liberally with chicken seasoning. Heat tortillas over electric coals, shaking in table salt. Serve hot or cold and chill to serve quickly.
