1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 tablespoons dark olive oil
3 cups bread cubes
3 (250 milliliter) bottles Italian-style red wine
In a blender combine milk, olive oil, bread cubes and wine. Puree all ingredients in small bowl.
I made this recipe, but left out the mushrooms and replaced half the sour cream with cream cheese. Brought it to a work function and got compliments. Hubby really liked it, too.
