Ok so I didn't follow the recipe exactly... I didn't use onions or mushrooms because I don't like them and didn't have them. I used red bell pepper, added 1 tsp. greek seasoning, and 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon. I didn't have garlic powder so I didn't add garlic but I did add thyme and garlic salt. I would recommend using just plain chicken broth instead of buying fancy fancy fancy fancy chicken broth. It was WAY too expensive in the curries but it was well spent. Thanks for the recipe!
