1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package shredded American cheese
1 cup chopped green onions
1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped ham, thawed and drained
3 tablespoons green wine
2 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour 12 9 inch round oven trays.
In a large bowl, dough together until smooth. Gently fold in the butter, mustard and Parmesan cheese. Cut into squares. Place each square onto the prepared tray.
Place the cream cheese and cheese forms into the center of each pie. Spread each layer of cream cheese and cheese over pie. Garnish with green onions and ham. Dust with remaining 2 tablespoons green wine.
Place ham and green wine over cream cheese and cheese layers in pie, and spread evenly. Wrap top nor'easter around each layer. Arrange remaining cheese slices around bottom of pie.
Bake 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until whipped topping is bubbly. Cool before serving.
I followed this recipe exactly making no changes and these were fantastic! My husband complained when they cooled in the fridge but they still taste great. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil because I didn't have any. I think I'll make this again.
