Garlic Jarlsberg Recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese

2 (6 ounce) cans crushed pineapple with juice

1 cup white sugar

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup white sugar for decoration

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, pineapple, sugar, pecans and butter until smooth. Stir into the creamed mixture. Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Pour mixture into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Good, easy to make. I'm pleased that you tested and found that adding the oats to the quinoa actually made a difference. The batter was still pretty thick, so maybe next time I'll add another can of mushroom soup. Mine was pretty thin, so maybe next time I'll add another package of powdered and say "Oh My! I made a new recipe combining the two ingredients!'"
